This current work involves a statewide career pathways deployment for the purpose of increasing demand driven post-secondary credentials and awards. The deployment of regional career pathways embraces economic demand principles, college and career readiness standards and the needs of all learners. This New Mexico effort leverages the data from Early College High Schools and research conducted by the Southern Regional Educational Board’s report entitled “Building Career Pathways to Credential Attainment and Workforce Opportunities in New Mexico – 2015”.
